In pursuance to the decision taken in the Joint Meeting of the Executive Committee of Assam Association, Delhi and the Board of Trustees of Assam Association Cultural and Educational Trust, held on 18^th July,2017 at Srimanta  Sankaradeva  Bhawan, the following members of the Association are  hereby appointed as Returning Officer as well as the Associates  for the Election for Office Bearers of Assam Association, Delhi for the term 2017-19 to be held  on 17^th September,2017.

1. Returning Officer: Sri Ajit Kumar Hazarika
2. Associates:
   • Sri Manik Chandra Dash
   • Sri Dhanjit Das.

The Returning Officer, designate is hereby requested to proceed for the election procedure accordingly.
